RESOLUTION NO.1-00
WHEREAS,Section 26-6402(2)(c)of the °Colorado Sunshine Act of 1972”as
amended,requires a municipality to designate a public place to post notices of its
meetings.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
1.That the lobby area immediately adjacent to the Administrative Offices in
the Estes Park Municipal Building,located at 170 MacGregor Avenue,
Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby designated as the Public Place for
Posting Notices of Town Meetings.
