00RESOLUTIONNO.26-01WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasdeterminedthatitisinthebestinterestoftheTowntoenterintoanagreementwiththeBankofColoradoforthepurposeoforiginationofACHcredit/debittransactionsunderthetermsandconditionsoftheACHOriginationAgreementbetweentheTownandtheBankofCoLorado;andWHEREAS,saidAgreementprovidesonScheduleAforasecurityprocedureagreementwhichauthorizescertainTownemployeestoinitiatetransferspursuanttothetermsandconditionsoftheACHOriginationAgreement,including,butnotlimitedto,confirmationandcancellationoftransfers.NOWTHEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.TheBoardherebyapprovestheACHOriginationAgreementbetweentheTownofEstesParkandtheBankofColorado.2.TheappropriateTownofficialsareherebyauthorizedtoexecutetheAgreement.Adoptedthis12thdayofJune,2001.TOWNOFESTESPARKmayorATTEST:UTownClerk o04:
