00 00Sen’ice,forthebenefitofRockyMountainNationalPark“RockyMountainNationalPark”).PriortoconveyanceofOutlotAtoRockyMountainNationalParkthepartieswishtoamendtheCovenantstoexcludeOutlotAfromthetermsandconditionsoftheCovenants.AMENDMENT:EXCLUSIONOFOUTLOTAFROMCOVENANTS.ThepartiesherebyagreethattheCovenantsareherebyamendedtoremoveOutlotASleepyHollowSubdivisionfromthedescriptionofpropertysubjecttothetermsoftheCovenants,andthatforallpurposesOutlotAshallnotbeandisnotsubjecttothetermsoftheCovenants.ThereshallbenopublicaccessacrosstheremainderofSleepyHollowSubdivision(Lots1-10andOutlotsBandC)toOutlotA.PublicAccesstoOutlotAfromotherlocationsisnotprohibitedandpublicaccesstoOutlotAmaybepermittedbytheownerofOutlotAonsuchtermsandconditionsasaredeemedappropriatebytheownerofOutlotA.2.APPROVAL.Asprovidedinparagraph18oftheCovenantsthisAmendmenthasbeenapprovedbytheownersofatleast75%oftheLotswhoownatleast75%ofthevotingmembershipoftheAssociation.ThisAmendmenthasbeenapprovedbytheownersof100%oftheLotswhoown100%ofthevotingmembershipoftheAssociation.ThisAmendmenthasalsobeenapprovedbytheAssociates,astheOwnerofOutlotA,andtheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado.3.COMPLETEAGREEMENT.ExceptasamendedbythisAmendmenttheCovenantsshallremaininthIlforceandeffect.C:\wordala\RMNPA\Connely\DeclAmcnd227/24/01
