00RESOLUTIONNO.18-03ARESOLUTIONTOAPPROPRIATEFUNDSTOSUPPLEMENTTHETOWNOFESTESPARK’SBUDGETFORTHEYEARENDINGDECEMBER31,2003WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesadoptedthe2003annualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember12,2002;andWHEREAS,certainexpenditureswerenotfullyanticipatedduringthepreparationofthebudget,andtheBoardofTrusteeshasmadeprovisionthereinforrevenuesinanamountequaltoorgreaterthantheexpendituressetforthintheadoptedbudget.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THAT:Thefollowingsumsareherebyappropriatedfromtherevenueofeachfund,toeachfund:BuildingAuthority$93,095ADOPTEDthis9thdayofDecember,2003.TOWNOFESTESPARKATTEST:TownClerk 00
