CCRESOLUTIONNO.7-03ARESOLUTIONAPPROPRIATINGFUNDSFROMTHEFRIENDSOFSTANLEYHALLAGENCYFUNDINTHETOWNOFESTESPARK’S2003BUDGETWHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkhasidentifiedprojectsthatareconsistentwiththeconditionsoftheagreementwiththeFriendsofStanleyfortheuseofthefundsheldbytheTownintheFriendsofStanleyHallagencyfund;andWHEREAS,fundsintheamountof$62,675needtobeappropriatedfromavailablereservesinthefundtomakeexpenditurestoproceedwiththeproject.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THAT:1.Thefollowingsum,$62,675,isherebyappropriatedfromthereservesoftheFriendsofStanleyHallfundforexpendituresinaccordancewiththetermsoftheagreement.ADOPTEDthis13thdayofMay,2003.ATTEST:LtTownClerk 00
