00RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIESNO.16-04ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR2005TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE2005BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember9,2004;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpenseis$250,680;andWHEREAS,thenetvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$137,584,882.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposemeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe2005budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof1.822millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear2005.ThattheTownClerkisherbyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis9thdayofNovember,2004.TOWNOFESTESPARKATTEST:f2LCTownClerk 00
