C0RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIESNO.26-06ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR2006TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE2007BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember28,2006;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpenseis$279,157;andWHEREAS,thenetvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$144,906,251.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposemeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe2007budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof1.822millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear2007.ThattheTownClerkisherbyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis28thdayofNovember,2006.TOWNOFESTESPARK•_______mayorClerk o0
