aCRESOLUTIONTOAPPROPRIATESUMSOFMONEYNO.20-07ARESOLUTIONADJUSTINGAPPROPRIATIONSTOTHEVARiOUSFUNDSANDSPENDINGAGENCIESINTHEAMOUNTSANDFORTHEPURPOSESASSETFORTHBELOWFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHEBUDGETYEARBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANUARY,2007,ANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER,2007.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesparkhasadoptedtheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember28,2006;andWHEREAS,overthecourseofthefiscalyearendingDecember31,2007,theestimatesincludedintheadoptedbudgethavebeenrevisedtomoreaccuratelyrepresenttheactualrevenuesandexpendituresnecessarytooperatethegovernment;andNOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Thatthefollowingattachedsumsareherebyeachfund,toeachfund,forthepurposesstated.ALLtWHEREAS,itrevenuesprovidedinimpairtheoperationsisnotonlyrequiredbylaw,butalsonecessarytoappropriatethethebudgettoandforthepurposesdescribedbelow,soasnottooftheTownofEstesPark.THEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFappropriatedfromtherevenueofADOPTEDthis11thdayofDecember,2007
