00RESOLUTIONNO.19-08ARESOLUTIONAPPOINTINGFIVEMEMBERSOFTHEESTESPARKLOCALMARKETINGDISTRICTBOARDOFDIRECTORSWHEREAS,pursuanttotheprovisionsoftheIntergovernmentalAgreementeffectiveAugust26,2008,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,ColoradoandtheBoardofCountyCommissioners,LadmerCounty,Colorado,establishedtheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrictsubjecttotheapprovalofregisteredelectorsofsaidDistrictatthegeneralelectiononNovember4,2008;andWHEREAS,atthegeneralelectionofNovember4,2008,themajorityofthoseregisteredelectorsvotingontheballotissueapprovingtheestablishmentoftheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrictpursuanttothetermsandconditionsoftheIGAvotedinfavoroftheestablishmentoftheLocalMarketingDistrict;andWHEREAS,itistheresponsibilityoftheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkpursuanttothetermsandconditionsoftheIGAtoappointfivemembersoftheBoardofDirectorstotheBoardoftheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrict;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasdeterminedthatthefollowingindividualsareeligibletobeappointedtoserveontheBoardofDirectorsoftheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrictfortheirrespectiveterms.NOWTHEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKasfollows:1.ThefollowingpersonsareherebyappointedbytheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParktoserveasDirectorsoftheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrictforthetermsindicated.KathyPalmeri—1yearElizabethBlanchard—2yearsKenLarson—2yearsCoryBlackman—3yearsScottWebermeier—4years2.Eachofsaidtermsshallbefortherestofthe2008calendaryearandthenforthenumberoffullcalendaryearsindicated. 00 00Datedthisi\3dayof2008.AMayorti0.TaWnClerkU 00
