HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION 16-08C0RESOLUTIONNO.16-08WHEREAS,acomplaintbytheEstesParkPoliceDepartmentwaspresentedtotheTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkonSeptember9,2008chargingVEGALLCdbaVEGA,aHOTEL&RESTAURANTLIQUORLICENSE,LIQUORLICENSENO.42-60264-0000withcertainviolationsofthestatutesoftheStateofColoradoandRulesandRegulationsoftheColoradoDepartmentofRevenue,LiquorEnforcementDivision;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesherebydeterminesthatthereisprobablecausetobelievethattheaforementionedLicenseehasviolatedoneormoreofthestatutesand/orrulesandregulationsgoverningtheoperationsofthelicenseasmorefullysetforthinthecomplaint;andWHEREAS,theBoardbelievesitisnecessarytoholdahearingandissueanOrdertoShowCausewhytheaforementionedlicenseshouldnotbesuspendedorrevokedduetotheviolationspresentedtotheBoard.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.ThatashowcausehearingshallbeheldpursuanttoSection12-47-601,C.R.S.,andaNoticeofHearingbeissuedtotheLicenseetoappearandshowcausewhythelicenseshouldnotbesuspendedorrevoked.SaidhearingshalltakeplaceattheTownBoardmeetingscheduledTuesday,October14,2008at7:00p.m.intheBoardRoomoftheEstesParkTownHall,170MacGregorAvenue,EstesPark,Colorado.Section2.ThattheTownClerkshallcauseanOrdertoShowCauseandNoticeofHearingontheaforementionedcomplainttobemailedtothefollowing:VEGALLCDIBIAVEGA205VIRGINIADRIVEP.O.BOX4485ESTESPARK,COLORADO80517INTRODUCED,READANDPASSEDTHIS______DAYOFSq*.ervtba’2008.MayorCÁOIo’aIerkliu)nOet
