0RESOLUTION#19-09PROCUREMENTPOLICYFORTHETOWNESTESPARKCWHEREAS,theTownStaffhaspreparedandtheCommunityDevelopmentCommitteehasrecommendedtheapprovaloftheProcurementofGoodsandServicesTownofEstesParkPolicyforthepurposeofestablishingproceduresforpurchasinggoodsandservicesfortheTown.AcopyofsaidPolicyisattachedheretoasExhibitAandincorporatedhereinbythisreference;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownhasdeterminedthatitisinthebestinterestoftheTowntoadoptthePolicy;andWHEREAS,Section314-303C.R.S.andSection2.12.030oftheMunicipalCoderequirethattheMayorapproveallresolutionsadoptedauthorizinganexpenditureofmoneyortheenteringintoofacontract.NOW,WHICHAREBOARDOFFOLLOWS:THEREFORE,BASEDUPONTHERECITALSSETFORTHABOVEINCORPORATEDHEREINBYREFERENCE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHETRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOAS1.TheProcurementofGoodsandServicesTownofEstesParkPolicyattachedasExhibitAisherebyapproved.2.ThisapprovalshallbesubjecttotheapprovaloftheMayorbyhissignatureonthisResolution.Datedthis2009.Clerk 4 fr -.‘
