00RESOLUTIONNO.03-10RESOLUTIONFORAUTHORIZEDREPRESENTATIONTOAUTHORIZEDTHEHAZARDMITIGATIONPLANAUTHORTOACTONBEHALFOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKWHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkhaslimitedcapabilitytoundertakeextensiveparticipationinthepreparationofahazardmitigationplan;and.WHEREAS,theOfficeoftheEmergencyManagementforLarimerCountyisabletoactonbehalfoftheTownofEstesParkintheanalysisanddevelopmentofahazardmitigationplan;andWHEREAS,theOfficeoftheEmergencyManagementforLarimerCountyshallprepareahazardmitigationplaninaccordancewith44FEMArequirementsat44C.F.R.201.6;andWHEREAS,theOfficeoftheEmergencyManagementforLarimerCountyshalldeliveradraftcopyofthePlanforpubliccommentaswellasthegoverningbody’scommentduringtheplanningprocessandpriortoadoption.NOWTHEREFORE,theEstesParkTownBoardofTrusteesauthorizestheOfficeoftheEmergencyManagementforLarimerCountyonbehalfoftheTownofEstesParktopreparetheLarimerCountyMulti-HazardMitigationPlan,whichshallbereviewedandconsideredforadoptionbytheEstesParkTownBoardofTrusteesuponcompletion.ADOPTEDthisI2dayof.‘Rs.ona&_j2010.FESPARK---).NTov?\Clerk 00
