aC)RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIESNO.15-10ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR2010TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE2011BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember23,2010;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpenseis$347,684;andWHEREAS,thepreliminarynetvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$190,873,930.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposemeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe2011budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof1.822millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear2010.ThattheTownClerkisherbyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis23rddayofNovember,2010.ATTEST:TOWNOFIESTESPARKTow&Clerk 00tfl:‘fl
