CRESOLUTION#09-10CWHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkandtheStateofColoradothroughtheColoradoDepartmentofTransportationnegotiatedanEstesParkTransportationHub:US36(TransitHub)ProjectforthepurposeofprovidingfundsfromtheState,whichalongwithTownfunds,willbeusedforthedesignandconstructionofatransportationhubattheStanleyParkFairgrounds,offUS36inEstesPark;andWHEREAS,thetermsandconditionsoftheProjectrequiretheTownauthorizetheexpenditureoftheTown’smatchingshareofthecostoftheProjectbyResolution;andWHEREAS,sufficientfundshavebeenappropriatedbytheTowninthe2010TownBudgetfortheTown’smatchingshareofthecostoftheProject.THEREFORE,BASEDUPONTHERECITALSSETFORTHABOVEINCORPORATEDHEREINBYREFERENCE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHETRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOAS1.TheTownofEstesParkherebyallocates$250,000fromtheReinvestmentFundfortheColoradoTransportation(CDOT)MitigationandAirQuality(CMAQ)fundingofatransportationHighway36attheFairgroundsatStanleyPark.Datedthiszn.2010pQTownClerkNOW,WHICHAREBOARDOFFOLLOWS:CommunityCongestionhubonUSayor 00
