00RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIESNO.13-11ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR2011TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE2012BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember22nd,2011;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpenseis$339,779;andWHEREAS,thepreliminarynetvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$188,486,660.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposemeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe2012budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof1.822millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear2011.ThattheTownClerkisherbyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis22nddayofNovember,2011.TOOFSTESPAMayorATTEST:aTowrtlerkvcUT’j 001P
