0RESOLUTION#06-120SETTINGMONTHLYWIRELESSCOMMUNICATIONSERVICESSTIPENDFORTHETOWNADMINISTRATORWHEREAS,TheTownofEstesParkenteredintoanEmploymentAgreementwithFrankLancasterastheTownAdministratorasprovidedintheMunicipalCode,and;WHEREAS,Section15ofsaidagreementstipulates:“TheEmployee’sdutiesrequirethathebereasonablyaccessibleinordertoproperlyconductTOWNbusinessduringhisemploymentwiththeTOWN.Accordingly,theEmployeeshallmaintainawirelesselectroniccommunicationdevice.TheTOWNshallberesponsibleforreimbursingtheEmployeeforthemonthlyoperatingcostsincurredfortheuseofsaidequipment,ataratemutuallyagreeduponbytheTownandtheEmployeeinAprilofeachyear.”and;WHEREAS,TheTownwishestoestablishtheaforementionedreimbursementstipendfortheperiodofJune2012throughApril2013;NOWTHEREFOREBEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTOWNOFESTESPARK,thatareimbursementstipendbeestabiAdministrator’swirelesscommunicationdeviceintheamountofcommencingJune2012andcontinuingthroughApril2013.TRUTEESOFTHEishedfortheTown$90.00permonthINTRODUCED,READ,andADOPTEDthis12thdayofJune,2012.ATtEST:ClerkMayor 00
