0RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIESNO.14-120ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR2012TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE2013BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember27th,2012;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpenseis$339,960;andWHEREAS,thepreliminarynetvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$186,021,400.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposemeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe2013budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof1.822millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear2012.ThattheTownClerkCountyCommissionersofEstesParkashereinaboveisherbyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofdeterminedandset.NCC.ToiClerkADOPTEDthis27thdayofNovember,2012.T 00
