CRESOLUTIONNO.21-13CARESOLUTIONAPPOINTINGJERRYROSELLE,ASSPECIALPROSECUTORFORLIQUORLICENSEHEARINGSWHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkBoardofTrusteesisthelocallicensingauthorityforliquorlicensingmatterswithintheTownofEstesPark;andWHEREAS,thereisaneedtoappointaspecialprosecutortoprosecuteliquorlicenseviolationsonbehalfoftheTownofEstesParkPoliceDepartmentandtheLiquorEnforcementDivisionoftheColoradoDepartmentofRevenuebeforetheBoardofTrustees;andWHEREAS,JerryRoselle,anattorneylicensedandpracticinglawintheStateofColoradowiththefirmRoselleandBreitigam,PCofFortCollins,Colorado,hastherequisitequalificationstoperformtheseservicesfortheTown.NOWTHEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKasfollows:1.JerryRoselleisherebyappointedasspecialprosecutorforthepurposeofprosecutingliquorlicenseviolationswithintheTownofEstesPark.2.TheTownStaffisherebyauthorizedtodeterminewhichmailershallbereferredtoMr.Roselleforhisservices3.ThisResolutionshallstayinforceandeffectuntilterminatedbyactionoftheBoardofTrusteesorMay1,2014,whicheverfirstoccurs.Datedthisj34dayofATTEST:ioc0o-sr.2013T6jinClerk0a-t.-.sFCMayor1
