Home My WebLink AboutRESOLUTION 41-19RESOLUTION41-19SUMMARIZINGEXPENDITURESANDREVENUEFOREACHFUND,ANDADOPTINGABUDGETFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHEBUDGETYEAHBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANUARY,2020,ANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER,2020.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasappointedTravisMachalek,TownAdministrator,toprepareandsubmitaproposedbudgettotheGoverningBodyatthepropertime;andWHEREAS,TravisMachalek,TownAdministrator,hassubmittedaproposedbudgettothisgoverningbodyonOctober11,2019,foritsconsideration,and;WHEREAS,upondueandpropernotice,publishedinaccordancewiththelaw,saidproposedbudgetwasopenforinspectionbythepublicatadesignatedplace,publichearingswereheldonNovember12,2019andDecember2,2019,andinterestedtaxpayersweregiventheopportunitytofileorregisteranyobjectionsorcommentsregardingtheproposedbudget;andWHEREAS,whateverincreasesmayhavebeenmadeintheexpenditures,likeincreaseswereaddedtotherevenuesorplannedtobeexpendedfromreserves/fundbalancessothatthebudgetremainsinbalance,asrequiredbylaw.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Thattheattachedbudget,assubmitted,andsummarizedbyfund,isherebyapprovedandadoptedasthebudgetoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,forthefiscalyearendingDecember31,2020,andshallbesignedbytheMayorandTownClerkandmadeapartofthepublicrecordsoftheTownofEstesPark.DATEDthis2nddayofDecember,2019.TOWNOFESTESPARKATTEST:___‘c—_.\flLTh-a-2V.a..orToClerk
