PUBLIC COMMENT None. 2. CONSENT AGENDA a. Approval of the minutes of the July 10, 2007 meeting. b. Metes and Bounds property located immediately north of 1895 Big Thompson Avenue, Yakutat Land Corporation/Applicant—Request for continuance to November 6, 2007 Estes Valley Board of Adjustment meeting There being no changes or corrections, the consent agenda was approved as submitted. 3. METES AND BOUNDS PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2760 FALL RIVER ROAD, Applicant: Inn Owners’ Association, Inc. — Request for a one-year time extension for setback variances approved August 1, 2006. Planner Shirk stated the Inn Owners’ Association for Fawn Valley Inn is requesting a time extension for variances granted in August 2006. Variance approvals typically expire after one year. The variance approved in 2006 included three requests for setbacks to property lines and was a “blanket” variance for all decks. The applicant has been in the process of replacing and expanding the decks, although construction was halted for the summer tourist season before all the work was completed. Planning staff recommends approval of the requested time extension. Public Comment: None. It was moved and seconded (Levine/Sager) to approve a one-year time extension for the variance approved on August 1, 2006 for the Metes and Bounds Property located at 2760 Fall River Road, and the motion passed unanimously with one absent. 4.
