RESOLUTION19-19ARESOLUTIONTOAMENDTHEESTESVALLEYDEVELOPMENTCODEREGARDING§5.1.B.1.a.(6)WHEREAS,onJune16,2019,theEstesValleyPlanningCommissionconductedpublichearingsonproposedtextamendmentstotheEstesValleyDevelopmentCode,Chapter5—UseRegulations;andWHEREAS,onJune16,2019,theEstesValleyPlanningCommissionvotedtorecommenddenialofthetextamendment,thusleavingthepresentvacationhomecapunchanged;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkisinagreementwiththeEstesValleyPlanningCommissionindenialofthetextamendment;NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.UponadoptionofthisResolutionandparalleladoptionofasimilarresolutionbytheBoardofLarimerCountyCommissioners,noamendmenttotheEstesValleyDevelopmentCode,Chapter5—UseRegulations,specificto§5.1.B.1.a(6)regardingthecapnumbershallbeadopted.DATEDthis_______dayof__________________,2019.ATTEST:ToClerk
