HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 10-18ORDINANCE NO.#10-18 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE TO REZONE PORTION OF LOT 20,LITTLE PROSPECT SUBDIVISION WHEREAS,on May 15,2018,the Estes Valley Planning Commission recommended approval of an Official Zoning Map amendment to rezone Portion of Lot 20,Little Prospect Subdivision,from E-Estate to AM-Residential Multi-Family. WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park finds that this Official Zoning Map amendment complies with the Standards for Review established in Section 3.3.D of the Estes Valley Development Code and it is best interest of the Town that the recommended zoning amendment be granted. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1:The zoning of Portion of Lot 20,Little Prospect Subdivision,COUNTY OF LARIMER,STATE OF COLORADO,BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: shall be changed from E-Estate to AM-Residential Multi-Family. Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after its adoption and publication.
