0RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIESNO.18-15CARESOLUTIONLEVYINGPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR2015TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE2016BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember24th,2015;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpenseis$334,804;andWHEREAS,thepreliminarynetvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$194,772,660.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposemeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe2016budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof1.719mills(revisedfromtheoriginalcalculationof1.822mills)uponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear2015.The1.719millsisatemporaryreductionoftheoriginal1.822millsduetopropertytaxincreasespendinglimitsperC.R.S.29-1-301.ThattheTownClerkCountyCommissionersofEstesParkashereinaboveisherbyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofdeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis24thdayofNovember,2015.AHEST:TóçnClerk
