04-16CRESOLUTIONNO.04-16CRESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHECOMMUNITYDEVELOPMENTDEPARTMENTFEESCHEDULESFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARKWHEREAS,theCommunityDevelopmentDepartmenthasrevieweditscurrentdevelopmentfeeschedulesandproposestoreviseitsfeeschedulestoimprovecostrecoveryandcustomerservicelevelsintheDepartmentwhileensuringanequitablesystemforallapplicants;andWHEREAS,therevisedCommunityDevelopmentDepartmentfeeschedulesalsoincluderevisedfeesforsignandtemporarybannerpermitsandfloodplaindevelopmentreviewpermits.NOWTHEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK:1.TheCommunityDevelopmentDepartmentfeeschedulessetforthonExhibitAattachedheretoareherebyadopted.2.ThefeeschedulessetforthonExhibitAshallbeeffectiveJune1,2016.INTRODUCED,READ,ANDPASSEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKonthis9thdayofFebruary,2016.ATTEST:nClerkMayor
