0aRESOLUTIONTOADOPT2017BUDGETNO.23-16ARESOLUTIONSUMMARIZINGEXPENDITURESANDREVENUEFOREACHFUND,ANDADOPTINGABUDGETFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHEBUDGETYEARBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANUARY,2017,ANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER,2017.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasappointedFrankLancaster,TownAdministrator,toprepareandsubmitaproposedbudgettotheGoverningBodyatthepropertime;andWHEREAS,upondueandpropernotice,publishedinaccordancewiththelaw,saidproposedbudgetwasopenforinspectionbythepublicatadesignatedplace,publichearingswereheldonNovember8th,2016andDecember13th,2016,andinterestedtaxpayersweregiventheopportunitytofileorregisteranyobjectionstotheproposedbudget;andWHEREAS,whateverincreasesmayhavebeenmadeintheexpenditures,likeincreaseswereaddedtotherevenuessothatthebudgetremainsinbalance,asrequiredbylaw.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THAT:Thattheattachedbudget,assubmitted,andsummarizedbyfund,isherebyapprovedandadoptedasthebudgetoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,forthefiscalyearendingDecember31,2017,andshallbesignedbytheMayorandTownClerkandmadeapartofthepublicrecordsoftheTownofEstesPark.ADOPTEDthis13thdayofDecember,2016.ATTEST:TorTOWNOFPARKMayor
