Home My WebLink AboutRESOLUTION 29-17CRESOLUTION#29-17TOADOPT2018BUDGET0ARESOLUTIONSUMMARIZINGEXPENDITURESANDREVENUEFUND.ANDADOPTINGABUDGETFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,FORTHEBUDGETYEARBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER,2018.FOREACHCOLORADOUARY,2018,WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasappointedFrankLancaster,TownAdministrator,toprepareandsubmitaproposedbudgettotheGoverningBodyatthepropertime;andWHEREAS,FrankLancaster,TownAdministrator,hassubmittedaproposedbudgettothisgoverningbodyonOctober6,2017,foritsconsideration,and;WHEREAS,upondueandpropernotice,saidproposedbudgetwasopenforinspectionpublichearingswereheldonNovember14,interestedtaxpayersweregiventheopportunityproposedbudget;andpublishedinaccordancewiththelaw,bythepublicatadesignatedplace,2017andNovember28,2017,andtofileorregisteranyobjectionstotheWHEREAS,whateverincreasesmayhavebeenmadeintheexpenditures,likeincreaseswereaddedtotherevenuesorplannedtobeexpendedfromreserves/fundbalancessothatthebudgetremainsinbalance,asrequiredbylaw.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Thattheattachedbudget,assubmitted,andsummarizedbyfund,isherebyapprovedandadoptedasthebudgetoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,forthefiscalyearendingDecember31,2018,andshallbesignedbytheMayorandTownClerkandmadeapartofthepublicrecordsoftheTownofEstesPark.DATEDthis_____dayoflJüi&Ig2017.ATTEST:PARKMayorClerk
