CCRESOLUTION#26-17WHEREAS,theEstesParkBoardofTrusteesadoptedPolicyGovernancein2015andwiththeadoptionestablishedgoverningprocesses;andWHEREAS,pursuanttoPolicy102TownCommitteesasunsetreviewwasestablishedinaccordancewithGoverningPolicy1.6.1.8.Allcommitteeswillundergoaregularsunsetreview,atleastonceeveryfiveyears,unlessotherwiseprovidedformorefrequentlyandaccordingtoastaggeredscheduletobeadoptedseparatelybytheBoardofTrustees.Thisappliesonlytonon-statutorilyrequiredboards/commissions;andWHEREAS,theTownBoardhasreviewedthecontinuanceoftheParksAdvisoryBoardandtheTransportationAdvisoryBoardandhasdeterminedeachBoardshouldcontinueforanadditionalfiveyears.NOW,THEREFORE,BASEDUPONTHERECITALSSETFORTHABOVEWHICHAREINCORPORATEDHEREINBYREFERENCE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOASFOLLOWS:1.ThecontinuanceoftheParksAdvisoryBoardandtheTransportationAdvisoryBoardisherebyapprovedforadditionalfiveyears.Datedthis—-i’-J,2017._44%MayorATTEST:rk
