HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 20-110 0 ORDINANCE NO.20-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE TO REZONE LOT I OF THE WITT SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 900 W.ELKHORN AVENUE WHEREAS,the Estes Valley Planning Commission has recommended rezoning a Lot 1 Witt Subdivision,located at 900 W.Elkhorn Avenue,from CO Commercial Outlying to A-i Accommodations;and WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has determined that it is in the best interest of the Town that the recommended zoning change be granted. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1:The zoning Lot 1 Witt Subdivision,located at 900 W.Elkhorn Avenue,shall be changed from CO Commercial Outlying to A-i Accommodations. Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after its adoption and publication.
