HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 03-11C ORDINANCE NO.03-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER RATE SCHEDULES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO a WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees has determined that it is necessary to amend the Water Rate Schedules of the Town of Estes Park. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1: set forth on Exhibit “A” Section 2: That the Water Rate Schedules shall be amended as more fully These rate schedules will take effect April 1,2011. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO THIS 8th DAY OF FEBRUARY,2011.
