BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the above men
tioned agreement with the Park School District R-3 of Larimer County,
Colorado.
