BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That the Mayor and the Town Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the right of way agreements as mentioned in
the Utility Franchise minutes dated November 9,1967.
