BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
That the Town Attorney,Mr Ernest C.Hartwell,proceed to ob
tain an injunction requiring Mr.Henry B.Landers to terminate the nuisance
as advised in the Town Attorney’s letter dated October 13,1965.
