BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TONN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That the Town Attorney is authorized to offer Miss
Muriel MacGregor $1,000.00 for an adequate right-of-way for
the proposed replacement and maintenance of the Black Canyon
water transmission pipeline.
