BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK:
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized and they hereby
are directed to execute on behalf of the Town of Estes Park the
proposed agreement between the R.E.A.and the Town of Estes
Park for certain electric service as presented to the Board of
Trustees on this date.
