BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized and they are hereby
directed to execute on behalf of the Town of Estes Park the
water connection refund agreement between Ivan Thomas and Nary
Thomas and the Town of Estes Park as presented to the Board of
Trustees on this date.
