WHEREAS,a special meeting of the shareholders of the Estes
Park Golf and Country Club will be held at the Town Hall in Estes Park
on Wednesday,the 27th day of October,1965,for the purpose of
electing a Board of Directors and the transaction of such other
business as may come before the meeting,and
WHEREAS,the Town of Estes Park is a shareholder in the Estes
Park Golf and Country Club,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED the Mayor is authorized to vote the shares
ofock owned by the Town of Estes Park,at the shareholders meeting
on October 27,1965.

I,Dale C.Hill,being the duly appointed and acting Town Clerk
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,do hereby certify the above to be
a true and correct copy of a motion passed and adopted by the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,at a regular meeting held on the
25th day of October,1965.
