APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR DISTRIBUTED
ENERGY RESOURCE PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees desires to enter into the Intergovernmental
Agreement for Distributed Energy Resource Programs and Projects for the purpose of
supporting the energy transition to non-carbon based resources with a centralized and
strategic approach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, the intergovernmental
agreement referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before
the Board.
