ADOPTING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ESTES VALLEY
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND THE TOWN FOR THE 2025 COLORADO
WILFIRE RESILIENCY CODE ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to enter into the Cooperative Agreement
referenced in the title of this resolution for the purpose of administering and enforcing the
2025 Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, the Cooperative
Agreement referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before
the Board.
