APPROVING RENEWAL NUMBER ONE FOR THE ROOFTOP RODEO STOCK
CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to renew a services contract agreement
referenced in the title of this resolution for the purpose of providing stock, key personnel,
equipment and holding responsibility for PRCA events conducted in the arena.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, the services contract
agreement referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before
the Board.
