TO APPROVE COMPENSATION FOR MALL ROAD WATER LOOP
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS
WHEREAS the Town Board has approved the design and construction of the Mail
Road Waterline per Resolutions 07-24, 83-25 and 104-25; and
WHEREAS, the identified best route for the pipeline requires use ofAPC Cracker
Ranch LLC property; and
WHEREAS, the property owners requested compensation for legal and
administrative costs associated with the grant of easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
hereby approves compensation for Exhibit A and B, grants of easements and
authorizing staff to execute the final easement agreements with the property owner.
