A SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PRO-PIPE SERVICES, LLC FOR STORMWATER
PIPE CCTV INSPECTION & PROTRUSION REMOVAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to enter a Services Contract referenced in the
title of this resolution for Stormwater Pipe Closed Circuit Television (CCW) Inspection &
Protrusion Removal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, the services contract
referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before the Board.
The maximum expenditure amount is $200,000.00 for these services.
