APPROVING A TRANSFER OF A HOTEL AND RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE FROM
ST. VRAIN PROPERTY LLC DBA TRAILBORN ROCKY MOUNTAINS/CASA COL1NA TO
SCO TH LL, LLC DBATRAILHEAD LODGE ROCKY MOUNTAINS,
130 STANLEY AVENUE, ESTES PARK, CO 80517
WHEREAS, the Town Board of Trustees acting in their capacity as the Liquor
Licensing Authority for the Town of Estes Park held a public hearing on April 28, 2026 for a
Transfer of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, filed by SCO TH LL, LLC dba Trailhead
Lodge Rocky Mountains, 130 Stanley Avenue, Estes Park, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, C.R.S. § 44-3-303 and § 44-3-307 and Regulation 304 requires the
licensing authority shall consider the requirements outlined in said sections for a transfer
application; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds application meets the requirements
outlined in the aforementioned section of the statutes and liquor regulations for the
granting of this transfer of a liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves the application for a Transfer of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor
License, filed by SCO TH LL, LLC dba Trailhead Lodge Rocky Mountains, 130 Stanley
Avenue, Estes Park, Colorado.
