A RESOLUTION PERMITTING A NEW HOTEL AND RESTAURANT
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
ESTES ROOFTOP HUB INC. DBA SOLE ROOFTOP CANTINAAND TEQUILA BAR
WHEREAS, the Town Board of Trustees acting in their capacity as the Liquor
Licensing Authority for the Town of Estes Park held a public hearing on April 14, 2026 for a
new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, filed by Estes Rooftop Hub Inc. dba Sole Rooftop
Cantina and Tequila Bar, 165 Virginia Drive, Estes Park, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, C.R.S. § 44-3-301(2)(a) requires the licensing authority to consider the
reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, the desires of the adult inhabitants, and all
other reasonable restrictions that are or may be placed upon the neighborhood by the local
licensing authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds that the reasonable requirements of the
neighborhood are not met by the present liquor outlets in the neighborhood and that the
desires of the adult inhabitants are for the granting of this liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, filed by Estes Rooftop Hub Inc. dba
Sole Rooftop Cantina and Tequila Bar, 165 Virginia Drive, Estes Park, Colorado be
approved.
