A RESOLUTION PERMITTING A NEW BEER AND WINE
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR SNOW DRAGON LLC DBA MARY JANE'S
WHEREAS, the Town Board of Trustees acting in their capacity as the Liquor
Licensing Authority for the Town of Estes Park held a public hearing on March 24, 2026 for a
new Beer and Wine Liquor License, filed by Snow Dragon LLC dba Mary Jane's, 358 East
Elkhorn Avenue, Estes Park, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, C.R.S. § 44-3-301 (2)(a) requires the licensing authority to consider the
reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, the desires of the adult inhabitants, and all
other reasonable restrictions that are or may be placed upon the neighborhood by the local
licensing authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds that the reasonable requirements of the
neighborhood are not met by the present liquor outlets in the neighborhood and that the
desires of the adult inhabitants are for the granting of this liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The new Beer and Wine Liquor License, filed by Snow Dragon LLC dba Mary Jane's,
358 East Elkhorn Avenue, Estes Park, Colorado is approved.
