APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
EXECUTIVES PARTNERING TO INVEST IN CHILDREN FOR A CHILDCARE
FACILITY MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the Town Board desires to enter into a professional service
agreement amendment referenced in the title of this resolution for the purpose of using
grant funds awarded by the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA); and
WHEREAS, the Childcare Facility Master Plan will support the goals of the Town
of Estes Park to address childcare needs for the workforce.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, the professional services
contract referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before the
Board.
