APPROVING RENEWAL NO. 1 OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH THE EARLY CHILDHOOD COUNCIL OF LARIMER COUNTY FOR
DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTES VALLEY CHILDCARE
FUND
WHEREAS, the Town Board desires to renew its professional services contract
with the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County (ECCLC) to continue the development
and administration of the Estes Valley Childcare Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, the professional services
contract renewal referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now
before the Board.
