APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH OTAK, INC. FOR ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to issue a change order for a professional
services contract with Otak, Inc. dated March 27, 2024 for final design and construction
documents for the Fall River Trail Final Segment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The Board approves, and authorizes the Mayor to sign, Change Order No. 1 to the
contract referenced above in substantially the form now before the Board.
