A RESOLUTION PERMITTING A NEW HOTEL & RESTAURANT
LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION FOR
JWC ELEVATIONS LLC DBA STANLEY CHOCOLATE FACTORY
WHEREAS, the Town Board of Trustees acting in their capacity as the Liquor
Licensing Authority for the Town of Estes Park held a public hearing on April 22, 2025 for a
New Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License, filed by JWC Elevations LLC dba Stanley
Chocolate Factory, 157 W. Elkhorn Avenue Units 1-10 & 14, Estes Park, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, C.R.S. § 44-3-301 (2)(a) requires the licensing authority shall consider
the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, the desires of the adult inhabitants, and
all other reasonable restrictions that are or may be placed upon the neighborhood by the
local licensing authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds that the reasonable requirements of the
neighborhood are not met by the present liquor outlets in the neighborhood and that the
desires of the adult inhabitants are for the granting of this liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The new Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License, filed by JWC Elevations LLC dba
Stanley Chocolate Factory, 157 W. Elkhorn Avenue Units 1-10 & 14, Estes Park, Colorado
be approved.
