State why it is not practicable to comply with the ordinance: The roof of my trailer requires annual (and sometimes more frequent) maintenance to prevent or correct leaks. When we have a heavy snowfall, it is necessary for me to remove that snow cover from the roof to prevent the buildup trom covering my furnace vent, thereby blocking the air intake and causing the furnace flame to extinguish. Of course, the footing is slick after a snowfall and I am fearful of falls (Additional sheets or data may be attached) on or off the roof.
