Mike you should ask Fairbanks to be diligent and watch for the service line to the existing house. We know it eventually extends north east but the exact path is not known. No changes have been made without written approval from the Division of Building Safety. Fasteners sizes and nailing patterns have been installed as per Engineering detail on the approved plan. Fastener heads / crowns are flush with the sheathing surface and are not overdriven. Roof sheathing has been install as per Engineering detail on the Town approved plan. Roof sheathing has been installed along the correct axis. Wall sheathing orientation matches Engineering detail on the Town approved plan. Wall sheathing shall be capable of resisting the wind pressures listed in Table R301.2 (2). Sheathing material and thickness matches the approved plan or Table R602.3 (3). Gypsum sheathing has been installed vertically as per Table R602.3(1) footnote d. Hold down connections match the approved plan and are located and attached as per the approved plan. Backing and required blocking at horizontal joints are installed as per Engineering detail on Town approved plan. The horizontally applied end joints of wall sheathing are offset so that four panel corners will not meet. (OPTIONAL) Photos of the ongoing installation have been provided. With my signature I verify the roof and wall sheathing was installed in accordance with the manufacturers’ installation specifications, Chapters 6 & 8 of the 2015 IRC or Chapters 16 & 23 the 2015 IBC. I release the Town of Estes Park from all liability*.
